We have an estate production of 600-700 cases annually. Each variety is moderately priced with bottles costing $13 and cases $140. The following wines are available for sale:
 2007 Zinfandel - This wine was aged in American oak. It is a medium bodied Zinfandel with overtones of spice & pepper.
2008 Syrah - This is a full bodied Syrah with berry flavors. It was aged in American oak.
2008 Petite Sirah - 2007 vintage was a San Francisco Chronicle Gold Medal Winner. This wine has been produced in Eastern European and Hungarian oak. It is a great full bodied wine with berry flavors and a hint of nuttiness.
    2008 Barbera - This nice medium bodied wine was aged in American oak. It is an old Italian grape with cherry flavors that makes a great addition to white meats & fish.
2009 Cabernet Franc - A great full bodied, rich, red. This wine has a great nutty, and slight berry finish, a real winner with red meats and cheese! Grapes are from Granite Bay area of Placer County, crushed, pressed and bottled at Pescatore.
2009 Sauvignon Blanc - This is a crisp clean dry white, grapes are from a local vineyard managed by Pescatore. A great wine with seafood and white meats!!
2009 Chardonnay - This a nice fruit forward wine with a clean crisp finish - from Napa area grapes, but crushed, pressed and bottled at Pescatore!!!
Limited Supply Zinato! This year we have a new release available exclusively from the winery. This dry fermented Zinfandel rose (rosato of zinfandel) was aged in stainless steel. It has strawberry flavors and is excellent served chilled.
