2006 Barbera wins Gold Our 2006 Barbera received a Gold Medal in the Appellation America wine tasting comeptition in Napa this past April. The award is for the Sierra Foothills Appallation, which includes Calaveras, Amador, El Dorado, Placer, and Nevada Counties.
